Before purchasing, email your request and any images to smallbatchswag@gmail.com. Once reviewed, you'll receive a return email with an estimate based on complexity and expected design time. Once accepted, you will receive a payment link for a 50% deposit with the balance due once the item is ready to ship to you. Due to the custom personalized design, returns will not be an option. If the order is cancelled, deposits will generally not be refunded.

All sales are final. Seller is not responsible for damage due to misuse or non-adherence to the care instructions (i.e., placing tumblers in dishwasher, swimming in jewelry, etc.) Please contact smallbatchswag@gmail.com if defects in workmanship are noted.
